Scope and sources of personal data

We process data that you provide voluntarily (e.g. in a form, by e-mail, by phone, via WhatsApp/Telegram) as well as data collected automatically when you use the website (IP address, cookie identifiers, device/browser data, server logs).

We process personal data in particular for the following purposes:

  • to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and conduct correspondence – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest – communication),
  • to perform a contract for the provision of legal/tax services – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
  • to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax, accounting, AML) – pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR,
  • to establish, exercise or defend legal claims – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • to compile statistics, conduct analyses and administer the website (including cookies) – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • on the basis of consent – pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (if you give such consent, e.g. for selected cookies/marketing).

Providing your data is voluntary, but it may be necessary for contacting you or providing the service.

Data may be disclosed to:

entities providing accounting, advisory and legal services – where necessary.

authorities authorised under applicable laws.
All such entities process data on the basis of data processing agreements or as separate controllers (e.g. messaging service providers).

providers of IT/hosting services, e-mail and communication tools (e.g. WhatsApp/Telegram),

providers of analytics and mapping tools (e.g. Google Maps/Analytics – if we use them),

Data transfers outside the EEA. Retention period

If we use tools provided by suppliers whose servers are located outside the EEA (e.g. Google, Meta), data may be transferred there on the basis of appropriate legal safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses). Details are available upon request.

Retention period

  • correspondence and enquiries – for up to 12 months after the end of communication,
  • contractual/billing documents – for the period required by applicable regulations (e.g. tax/AML),
  • data necessary for the pursuit or defence of claims – until the expiry of limitation periods,
  • data processed on the basis of consent – until such consent is withdrawn.

Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer your data, object to processing (where the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (Prezes UODO).

Cookies

Cookies are small text files saved on your device by your browser when you use the website. They are used, among other things, to ensure the proper functioning of the site, facilitate navigation, log in, remember your settings and for statistical purposes.

What cookies do we use

  • Third-party cookies – related to services provided by third parties (e.g. Google Maps, messaging tools).
  • Necessary cookies – required for the operation of the website (you cannot disable them in our systems).
  • Functional cookies – remember your settings.
  • Analytics/Statistics cookies – help us improve the website (anonymous statistics).

When you log in, we will also set several cookies to save your login information and your screen display preferences. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Session cookies are deleted after you close your browser; persistent cookies remain for a longer period (according to their lifetime) or until you delete them manually.
